Automatic Board Cooling Line for short cycle hot press:
·The equipment is mainly applied for automatic conveying, edgescrapingtreatment and board cooling when consolidated composite flooris in thecourse of lamination production of hot press. It improvesquality ofproducts, reduces labor intensity and decreases productioncosteffectively.

· Specification of applicable board: length * width, 2460mm*1250mm

· Floor area of the equipment: standard type, length * width, 8500mm*9200mm

· Power of the whole set of equipment: 10.5kw

·The whole set of equipment is composed by storage rack of balancepaper,hydraulic elevator of base plate, storage carrier of decoratingpaperand wear resistant paper, sliding board machine for discharging,boardreversing machine, conveying line of dynamic roller, conveyingline ofpress roller, edge scraping mechanism, board cooling line,pneumaticboard pushing machine, board out-feeding device and hydraulicelevatorof finished products as well as carrier for replacing steelplate.

· After the consolidated composite floor is laminationprocessed by hotpress, the following steps of the equipment includingconveying, edgescraping, board cooling and board stacking are allcontrolled byautomatic PLC. It is featured in humanized structure,excellentautomatic procedure, reason structure, standardized layout,safe andreliable etc.
