Horizontal Two-step Impregnation Line Feature:
l High controlling standard of sizing uniformity at the process of one-step and two-step impregnation. Movement precision is less than or equal with 0.002mm. and linear precision is less than or equal with 0.001mm/m.
l Heating up by floating type. It can float up impregnating material weighted more than 850g per square meters.
l Match with exhaust air burning hot stove. When working speed reaches more than 25m/min, do not need any fuel.
l Producing speed can be controlled between twenty and fifty meters per minute according to customers requirement.
Remark: we can also design and manufacture it according to the users specific requirements such as the working width, the number of dryers and the working speed etc.
