Four Side Moulder Machine:

1.One piece cast iron frame, providing sufficient stability and strength.

2.Complete safety hood against noise and dust, with automatic power OFF protection forening.

3.The main spindles are precisely processed, assembled and dynamically balanced, guaranteeing superior stability and accuracy.

4.The work table surface adopts special material and is hard chromed,  providing sufficient wear-resistance.

5.Motorized bottom feeding rollers are applied to the front and rear work table, guarantee perfect smooth feeding performance.

6.All main spindles are driven by separate motors, providing sufficient cutting force.

7.Pneumatic hold-down system, providing stable pressure and easy adjustments.

8.Feeding system adopts cardan joint and belt speed variator for transmission, providing superior reliability and easy operation.

9.Straightening cutter is able to be applied to the first bottom spindle,  guaranteeing the straightness of the work piece.

10.Pneumatic short piece feeding mechanism, fully guaranteeing the  transport of short pieces. No piece gets stuck and no burns left on  the piece.
