Soaking and Drying Production Line

1, Soaking and Drying Production Line is used in electronic (CCL) & insulationg material industry.

2,This can soak, dry, cut or roll consecutively to glass cloth, carpet and glassine at electronic level. Besides it can soak to half curing pieces such as FR-4, CEM-1, CEM-3 and so on.

3,Adopt such heating way through radiation from hot oil board coating by imported far infrared and electrical heating boards. Temperature is controlled from left, middle and right aspects. It is a good way to shorten the gel time less than or same as 2.5S. and the surface of PP is formatted. No impurity and no bubble.

4,High controlling accuracy of metering roll. Movement accuracy is less than or equal with 0.002mm. and linear accuracy is less than or equal with 0.001mm/m. the tolerance of error of soaked half curing pieces can reach international standard.

5,The whole unit adopt closed-loop servo to control, much more tension controls, which makes sure the tension of the whole line less than 3N. And the line can soak and dry stability and consecutively to thin cloth such as 1080 etc..
